Geil Enterprises was founded in 1986 by Steve and Eileen Geil. These two entrepreneurs grew the business from small-scale capabilities to one of the largest companies in Central California, specializing in security and janitorial services. Sam Geil, Steve’s brother, joined the business in 2004; he assumed the role of President when Steve transitioned to Board Chairman. Sam became Board Chairman in 2012 when Steve retired. Steve’s son, Ryan, became President of Geil Enterprises in 2013 when Sam retired. Over the years, Geil Enterprises has achieved widespread recognition for exemplary service. It has been named by the Institute for Family Business as the “Large Family Business of the Year for 2003,” and nominated for the “Family Business of the Year for 2009”. Geil Enterprises’ evolution from security and janitorial generalists to industry specialists has earned the respect and loyalty of its many customers, and look forward to continued years of serving them in the future. Geil Enterprises owns and operates five industry-leading companies including CIS Security, Janitorial Inc, Valley Security & Alarm, Valley Sanitary Supply and A-MAZ. Each of its divisions operate under the same guiding principles of providing superior customer service and full accountability on which the company was founded.
